Many of us have seen this gear at the craft store. you know him It has all the wood finishes you might want to use in DIY projects: frames, wooden blocks, plaques, etc.
It’s really fun to walk down this aisle and come up with projects. But honestly, there’s a certain overwhelming that comes with it. Do you feel it too?
It’s almost too much on my mind when I see all these surfaces. I forget what I came for and start dreaming up different projects based on what I see. So I decided to make it a little easier for you!
Instead of wandering around for an hour or so trying to figure out what to make, you can just try one of these wood crafts below. They have supply lists so you know exactly what you need when you’re in the timber aisle.
Crafts from wood
All of the DIY projects that you will find in this list are easy enough for a beginner. Just pay close attention to the details and let me know if you have any questions about any particular craft from the list.
Which wooden surfaces are there?
This is just a small sampling of what is available at the craft store. Of course, you don’t have to buy your wood from the craft store.
You can chop wood at Home Depot, and I find Goodwill to be a great place to get unique wood finishes that need a makeover. There is also Dollar Tree!
