Caring for infant twins on very little sleep can feel overwhelming, and having help arrive at the right moment can seem like a relief. When our babysitter first came into our home, she appeared calm and capable, and she was able to soothe the babies quickly. For the first time in a long while, it felt like we could finally rest, which made the idea of a short overnight break feel possible.
