Hollywood Pays Tribute to Beloved Actress Who Passed Away at 65

Many viewers remember her appearance in the opening scene of Ghostbusters, a film that became one of the most recognizable comedies of its decade. She also gained attention for her role as Gwendolyn Pierce on Charles in Charge, a series centered on a college student working as a live-in babysitter for a family. Her performances helped introduce her to audiences who followed popular television shows during that era.

Throughout her career, Runyon appeared in several well-known television programs, including Quantum Leap, Murder, She Wrote, and Magnum, P.I.. She is survived by her husband, Todd Corman, and their two children, Wyatt and Bayley.
