The summer months offer many opportunities for swimming, spending time on the beach and simply enjoying nature. However, a good night’s sleep can feel almost impossible when the temperature is oppressive. A few tips will teach you how to keep your body cooler during the hottest months of the year to get the most out of the sleep you get every night.
Take a hot shower before bed
